What this website stores, and who else handles a payment.

Face Bubble the Windows app stores settings on your PC, in %APPDATA%\Face Bubble. It does not send those settings to this website.

What the website stores

  • Account name, email, password, country if you type one, plan, license key, and the PC names you record on the account.
  • Support tickets: name, email, topic, subject, and the thread. A password reset link is stored until it is used or it expires.
  • Refund requests: the order, the reason you write, and whether it was approved.
  • Contact messages: name, email, topic, and the message. We refuse the form if you say you are under 13, and we do not keep that attempt.
  • Checkout sends the card to Stripe’s payment page. This site does not store the card number or CVC. We keep the plan, the license key, a Stripe customer id, and the renewal date.

  • Stripe, for payment.
  • Cloudflare, for DNS, the website proxy, and forwarding [email protected].
  • YouTube, only after you press play on the homepage demo. The cover image is on this site until then.

The website keeps those fields on its server. No analytics and no session replay run here.
